Performance Marketing Manager

We are currently seeking a Performance Marketing Manager for our growing E-commerce brand. This person will oversee the day-to-day management of both brands’ paid acquisition channels. Reporting to the VP of Ecomm and Marketing, you will help develop and execute strategy to scale our digital marketing across Social, Display, Shopping, and Paid Search.

This is a full-time role that can be based in Los Angeles or remotely.

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills and abilities:

  • Drive acquisition channel performance to meet new customer and revenue targets and perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly analysis across channels.
  • Take a hypothesis-driven approach to A/B testing to isolate drivers and constantly iterate to improve campaign performance.
  • Identify and develop digital marketing strategies to support existing businesses and new product launches.
  • Lead detailed analyses of campaign effectiveness, including segmentation, creative targeting, and cohort analysis.
  • Manage external agencies and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Work with VP of Ecomm and Marketing to evaluate new opportunities.
  • Roll up your sleeves, dive into the details, and get things done.
  • Strong analytical skills and agility to quickly understand and communicate the relationship between marketing results and business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills and instincts.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation creation skills.
  • Comfortable working across multiple simultaneous assignments and operating autonomously.
  • Proficient in Excel and data analysis.


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing for direct-to-consumer brand
  • 3+ years of experience with direct paid social and email campaign management.
