Because every BOXI Cabinet order is specific to your space, we do not accept returns.
We take great care in packing your BOXI cabinets, and stand behind our shipping partners. We ask that customers check their delivery upon arrival, and notify us of any problems within 3 business days. Documenting damage is vital, so please take photos of the damage, report the damage to the driver and note it on the delivery receipt.
Any physical damage to the outside of packaging MUST be photographed and reported. All damage claims are void if not reported to BOXI within 3 business days of delivery. Please ensure that you keep all packaging and damaged items, as the shipping company may claim these as part of their damage investigation.

We honor returns up to 30 days on the following criteria:
When returning, the item(s) must be carefully packaged and shipped to return in original and resellable condition. To initiate a return, email us at email@example.com. Once the items are received, we will process a refund or store credit that can be used on your next purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Drawer divider sets may be returned within 30 days of your purchase date. To start a return, email firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will be in touch with instructions within 2 business days. The original cost of shipping is non-refundable and a flat $13 fee will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. Refunds will process within 2-5 business days after receiving and inspecting your return. Non-defective items should be shipped back in original, undamaged, and re-sellable condition and packaging. If your items arrived defective, please send us a note at email@example.com.
