No returns for manufactured cabinet orders

Because every BOXI Cabinet order is specific to your space, we do not accept returns.

What if my BOXI cabinet order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packing your BOXI cabinets, and stand behind our shipping partners. We ask that customers check their delivery upon arrival, and notify us of any problems within 3 business days. Documenting damage is vital, so please take photos of the damage, report the damage to the driver and note it on the delivery receipt.

Any physical damage to the outside of packaging MUST be photographed and reported. All damage claims are void if not reported to BOXI within 3 business days of delivery. Please ensure that you keep all packaging and damaged items, as the shipping company may claim these as part of their damage investigation.

  • Floating Shelves -
    • Your Boxi order containing floating shelves is considered final once placed. Because our manufactured products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns on these items.

30 Day Returns (Select Items) -

We honor returns up to 30 days on the following criteria: 

  • Is an item from the following Brands:
    • Rejuvenation
    • Lewis Dolin
    • Schwinn
    • EMTEK
  • The purchase was made in the last 30 days.
  • The product is unopened in original packaging.
  • The product is in perfect condition void of any damage.

When returning, the item(s) must be carefully packaged and shipped to return in original and resellable condition. To initiate a return, email us at Once the items are received, we will process a refund or store credit that can be used on your next purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Drawer Dividers -

Drawer divider sets may be returned within 30 days of your purchase date. To start a return, email and our team will be in touch with instructions within 2 business days. The original cost of shipping is non-refundable and a flat $13 fee will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. Refunds will process within 2-5 business days after receiving and inspecting your return. Non-defective items should be shipped back in original, undamaged, and re-sellable condition and packaging.
